Hyteon’s strategic initiative is to enter into relationships with world class companies who share our goal for the near term commercialization of our fuel cell systems. To achieve our goal, we seek business relationships with companies that can share in our success.

As we continue our progress towards development and commercialization of our products, we envision expanding our business relationships.

Hyteon has formed a relationship with a large Japanese utility. Under a joint development agreement with the utility, we are developing a combined heat and power fuel system for the Japanese residential market.

Hyteon has also entered into a strategic relationship with one of the largest trading companies in Japan. We have executed a product distribution agreement to distribute Hyteon's products in Japan. In addition to product distribution, our strategic partner intends on introducing Hyteon to major Japanese industrial companies and will also act as the interface between Hyteon and Japanese governmental bodies on all regulatory matters as the two companies move toward initial commercialization of our product in Japan.

Hyteon is working with the Canadian and Quebec governments who are supporting our development efforts and initiatives to commercialize a combined heat and power fuel cell system.
